Hannah's journey to building healthy habits:

I struggled with managing a healthy weight; resulting in crash dieting and calorie counting, making me more hungry and unsatisfied.

I struggled with finding balance in my personal and work life. Being in chronic stress caused painful acne all over my face. I understood I need to look for answers beyond the plate. I started viewing health holistically to heal.

Ashwini's journey to building healthy habits: In college, eating fast food, sleeping late, and no exercise led to gas, severe fatigue, bloating. At the time, I didn’t know what was causing it or how to fix it. I was confused on what I could eat and what I couldn’t.

My most important lesson was to focus on adding in and not elimination; Include a variety of fruits, vegetables and nuts to my diet; add small consistent healthy habits to my routine.

Ashwini's journey to building healthy habits: In college, eating fast food, sleeping late, and no exercise led to gas, severe fatigue, bloating. At the time, I didn’t know what was causing it or how to fix it.

I was confused on what I could eat and what I couldn’t.

My most important lesson was to focus on adding in and not elimination; Include a variety of fruits, vegetables and nuts to my diet; add small consistent healthy habits to my routine.
