Oh yes! I've stayed consistent, for the most part, with the habits I developed during our coaching. I go back to our daily check-ins as reminders for me sometimes. I can't tell you enough how helpful those few months were, it really kickstarted my health journey. I've been trying out new salad recipes, some for your Instagram page as well haha 🙈 and overall I've found a routine that works ☺️. I've also lost quite a bit of weight, with all the healthy eating and exercise. I've started running marathons
and doing fitness challenges at the gym.

A Journey from Frustration to Understanding
My initial intention was to lose weight I had gained over Covid. I had tried exercising with many online programs, gym memberships and runs outdoors. I was fed up with reading what foods are healthy and burning myself out with cardio exercise or crash diets After understanding the reason behind my weight gain which was an extreme hormone imbalance I decided to completely change my lifestyle. This was very difficult because I didn’t have the knowledge on how to do this. When I started out with my first health coaching session the pressure of doing many extreme things at once went away. I understood from my coach that it is an incremental process.

Before I started health coaching with Hannah my priority was only weight loss. Now I’ve understood the value in focusing on nutrition and approaching health in a more holistic way and I’ve never felt better. The coaching focused on developing healthy sustainable habits and not on restrictive stressful diets that I would inevitably give up on. The biggest change in my life has been the shift away from eating mindlessly to eating more consciously. I don’t think about calories as much as I think about eating balanced meals and it shows on my body and in my energy levels. Hannah changed my relationship with food. Her approach of including instead of restricting was life changing. What I loved most was how informative the sessions were. Hannah took the time to explain physiological processes in a relatable way which made making healthier choices so much easier as I understood why. As someone who really enjoys their food, I’ve always been aversive to diets. Her emphasis on mindfulness and listening to my body helped me identify which foods works for me and don’t, and I naturally started leaning towards more nutritious, wholesome food - not because I had to, but because it felt great!
