    My initial intention was to lose weight I had gained over Covid. I had tried exercising with many online programs, gym memberships and runs outdoors. I was fed up with reading what foods are healthy and burning myself out with cardio exercise or crash diets After understanding the reason behind my weight gain which was an extreme hormone imbalance I decided to completely change my lifestyle. This was very difficult because I didn’t have the knowledge on how to do this. When I started out with my first health coaching session the pressure of doing many extreme things at once went away.     My initial intention was to lose weight I had gained over Covid. I had tried exercising with many online programs, gym memberships and runs outdoors. I was fed up with reading what foods are healthy and burning myself out with cardio exercise or crash diets After understanding the reason behind my weight gain which was an extreme hormone imbalance I decided to completely change my lifestyle. This was very difficult because I didn’t have the knowledge on how to do this. When I started out with my first health coaching session the pressure of doing many extreme things at once went away. I understood from my coach that it is an incremental process.

Indeed, you'll have two one-on-one coaching calls with an Aurah health coach. The first call is designed to understand your health concerns and lifestyle, setting personalized goals. The final call focuses on reflecting on your journey and ensuring you have the tools to maintain your new healthy habits.

How much daily time commitment is required?

What if I miss a week or can't keep up with the group's pace?

Will I still have access to the WhatsApp group after the program ends?
